Please Google Gopher State Politics Institute and go to November 2 blog on St. Paul Ward 2 election predictions.
Who else called this? The question now is where do the Hosko votes go on subsequent choices?
And, will the loyalist DFL choices go en masse to the other DFLer?
Either candidate could still win this one.
